Founders Jim and Ange have a personal story of loss , heart disease and stroke affecting the lives of both maternal and paternal grandmothers.
Through the generosity of heart organ donation Ange's grandmother Barbara was blessed with 12 more wonderful years where she travelled the world and was often a guest speaker and advocate of organ donation. Heart and Soul Properties was named in her honor.
