Our Story Heart & Soul Property Services began as Heart& Soul Handyman in July 2013 when Jim a longtime loyal employee of Triumph Motorcycles realised his heart was on the tools. Since 1993 Jim's hobby has been working on his own investment properties to increase rent and property value. Jim would often repeat the phrase… 'I'm in heaven doing this…' to which his wife replied, 'Honey…you're in the wrong job.' Jim realised he was much more than just your average handyman with great skill and ability to diagnose seemingly impossible maintenance issues, attending to jobs that his competitors refused to touch. His past positions in managerial roles and his Diploma of Business gave him an advantage in his ability to project manage expert trades, with quality control and workmanship that surpassed his clients expectations. Heart & Soul Properties PTY LTD now has 8 professionals on the team delivering the same passion for improving the trade industry. From the outset Jim's vision was to build a team of Master Tradesman with a love for the job and a dedicated and professional customer service team that go the extra mile for all clients.
